Tenement house located at Wilcza street after thorough renovation, implemented with attention to the smallest detail. An extremely elegant, intimate building from the end of the 19th century, embedded in the midst of historic buildings on one of the most interesting streets in the very center of the capital.

Architectural and historical values, combined with complex technical and functional aspects, have been meticulously captured and displayed. Thanks to this, the building regained its former charm and at the same time was adapted to the current standards and expectations of modern users.

As part of the work in the building, window and door joinery, all installations and ceilings were replaced. In addition, each cage has a modern elevator. The historical shape of the building has been maintained and details and decorations have been restored, which exposes the values of the historic building.
