A charming, stylish apartment in a great location in fashionable Powiśle.

APARTMENT

The apartment, as befits a tenement house, has an elegant hall with high, bright and glass doors. The spacious hall defines the axis of the apartment. On the eastern side there are two spacious rooms, both with a view of the Vistula. The larger room has a balcony and a real, working fireplace! The rooms are additionally connected with each other by glass, double doors. After opening these doors, a wonderful large space for socializing is created. On the western side of the hall there is a large kitchen with a window to the courtyard and a large, quiet bedroom. At the end of the hall we will find a bathroom.
The apartment is spacious and very bright. It draws you in with its positive atmosphere and it is not easy to leave it. The sounds of Wisłostrada compensate for the amazing views, and are effectively muffled by the new windows. The height of the rooms (almost 3m) is ideal, it does not depress or intimidate. The atmosphere is added by authentic, well-kept oak parquet arranged in a classic herringbone pattern, carefully made new doors, moldings, walls made of real brick. All rooms are air-conditioned.
