The house was built using traditional technology, with the use of a large number of modern and intelligent solutions. An extraordinary advantage of the entire property is the use of hand-formed bricks fired using the traditional method in a significant part of the investment. Floors and doors in natural wood. A 16.5 kW photovoltaic installation with a power bank was used. Emergency power supply for the building from a generator in the event of a power outage was also planned, making the house completely energy independent. The property also has two heat pumps and an individual, domestic sewage treatment plant as well as two independent heating systems (underfloor heating and traditional – radiators, including underfloor radiators).
