She has been working in finance and the banking sector for over 15 years. She began her career as a corporate advisor at mBank, and subsequently progressed to become head of the sales department at a factoring company. She has managed large teams, building their effectiveness on the basis of trust, transparency and collaborative relationships. She is an effective salesperson and a committed professional for whom honesty and a long-term approach to the client form the foundation of cooperation.

She graduated in Applied Sociology and Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw, and also completed postgraduate studies in mediation and business negotiation. At the same time, she developed a passion for property, specialising in the secondary market, particularly in Warsaw’s tenement houses.

Her strengths lie in relationships – natural attentiveness, authenticity and the ability to build bonds. In her private life, she is the mum of a one-and-a-half-year-old son, and it is her family that matters most to her. She is interested in opera, timeless design, travel and collecting vinyl records. In life, she values harmony and space, and is accompanied by an energetic little terrier with a strong character.
