Iwona Wieczorek

Licensed real estate broker and economist. For many years she supported investment cost monitoring departments (highway and shopping center projects) and participated in the planning and due delligence of gas station networks in Poland and abroad for the country's largest oil company.

She has been involved in the real estate industry for 18 years. For the past 8 years, she has co-owned and managed an office in an international franchise network, being ranked 1st in Warsaw 4 times and 2nd in Poland 2 times.

It is with great pleasure that she returns to focus on her beloved premium market, where she started in one of the first prestigious luxury real estate offices in Warsaw on Senatorska Street. There, acting in a select Team for 4 years, she completed her postgraduate studies, earned her license and developed a passion for this unique profession.

Her strengths are her focus on the project at hand and strategic thinking.
She is passionate about art and the history of urban development.
