Monika Konopko

A graduate of the Master’s programme at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, with many years of experience in finance, gained in sectors including commercial property. In her work, she is guided by a strong sense of ethics, building lasting relationships with clients and listening carefully to their needs in order to propose the best possible solutions.

She is characterised by responsibility, commitment, patience and determination in achieving her goals. She maintains a positive attitude and is open to development – she regularly enhances her skills through training and by reading books on psychology, communication and sales.

She sees property as the stories of people and places, and her greatest satisfaction at work comes from client satisfaction. In her private life, she loves sport and travel, particularly hiking through picturesque mountain landscapes.
