In the past, owning a palace was reserved for only a select few and was a sign of exceptional prestige. Nowadays, it is possible to fulfil your dream of living in a beautiful, historical environment by renting or buying a historic palace. Although such properties are rare on the Polish market, it is still possible to find unique, renovated palaces.

Exquisite real estate in northern Poland

Northern Poland is a region where – as in Lower Silesia – you can find historic castles and palaces available to rent or buy. The Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin is one of the biggest tourist attractions in the region and a venue for unforgettable parties and weddings. The castle in Kamień Pomorski, on the other hand, is ideal for those looking for a place for romantic holiday or intimate weekend.

Near Gdańsk, there is the castle in Gniew, which has been converted into a luxurious hotel. The property offers its guests elegant and stylish rooms, as well as numerous attractions. Also noteworthy are the palaces in Kociewie – the Palace in Lubowidz or the Palace in Wierzchucin. In the Warmia and Masuria region, it is worth visiting the castle in Lidzbark Warmiński, which is a beautiful and unique monument built in the Gothic style.

Have you ever dreamt of owning your own palace? Now it is possible! There is a place on the map that will captivate you from the very first moment. We guarantee that once you cross the threshold of this property, you won’t want to live anywhere else. So where is this place?

Villa Isola Palace – unique place with a soul

The Villa Isola Palace is an extraordinary property located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, just a few kilometres from Szczecin. This unique place surrounded by extensive forests is located right on the shore of the Szczecin Lagoon, with a beautiful view of the water.

Property with a Beautiful Past

The history of the palace dates to 1908, when two buildings – a palace and an annexe – were constructed. Today, the property consists of two plots – the first plot is 12,306 sqm and contains the palace and annexe, while the second plot of 12,533 sqm includes an unrestored mansion of 878.80 sqm. Both plots are part of a historic park listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Villa Isola Palace features not only beautiful architecture, but also interiors that impress with their elegance and refinement. On the upper ground floor of the palace you will find the representative rooms: living room, study, library, ballroom/banquet room, main kitchen, dining room, representative hall, dressing room and guest toilets. There you will find antique Biedermeier and Empire-style furniture, paintings, tapestries, and other decorations dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, as well as stunning wooden parquet floors.

A fairy-tale palace

The interiors of the Villa Isola Palace are a remarkable blend of past and present. This unique property has been extensively renovated to preserve its historical charm while incorporating modern amenities. Marble staircases with ornate balustrades or wooden parquet floors tell stories of bygone eras.

Spacious windows let in plenty of natural light to brighten up the rooms. Antique Biedermeier and Empire-style furniture, stunning paintings and stylish fireplaces create a representative atmosphere, emphasising the palatial character of this property.

A place where past intertwines with modernity

History and modernity have both found their way into the Villa Isola Palace. Comfortable lounge furniture made from the highest quality materials provide comfortable and relaxing experiences. The modern kitchen and bathrooms meet the highest standards, satisfying the needs of even the most demanding guests.

This magical place can accommodate a variety of events, such as conferences, training courses or… family celebrations. The lower ground floor has been intended for guests, where there is a spacious kitchen, pantry and conference and training facilities. In addition, the wellness area with sauna provides for complete relaxation and unwinding.

The upper floor offers a beautiful, representative space. Four luxury suites, including the master suite overlooking the bay, comprise an elegant living room, bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. The second floor offers six beautifully furnished bedrooms with adjoining en-suite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for guests.

The interiors of the Villa Isola Palace are a harmonious blend of past and present, creating a unique atmosphere that invites you to discover history and enjoy luxury at its finest.

What makes Villa Isola Palace a fairy-tale place?

This unique offer is ideal for those looking for a historic property, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, close to nature. The palace can serve as a private residence or be used as a luxury hotel and conference centre.

Villa Isola was built in the 1920s as the summer residence of a wealthy industrialist. In later years it was, among other things, a holiday resort and is now part of the historic palace complex.

The property includes the palace itself, a park of over 7 hectares and its own beach on the Szczecin Lagoon. Villa Isola Palace is located just a few kilometres from the centre of Szczecin and represents a unique opportunity for those who dream of living in a historical monument with access to a private beach and beautiful park.
