The Universal House is a small, distinctive development located at 10 Andriollego Street in the central part of Otwock, directly adjacent to the train station. INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Universal House is a project that pays particular attention to the relationship between history and the present. The building’s form was consciously divided into two complementary parts—a preserved, wooden structure on a small scale, and a new, significantly larger structure with a minimalist, orderly character. The architecture of the new section was inspired by the Świdermajer style, which is reflected in the light, openwork verandas, vertical façade divisions, and a subtle, light color scheme dominated by white, wood, and steel.
The building’s composition was designed with timelessness in mind—its minimalist form and refined details create a cohesive, elegant whole that blends seamlessly into the urban context. The ground floor houses commercial spaces, naturally complementing the character of this part of the city and providing residents with access to everyday amenities. The upper floors are residential, offering privacy and comfort within the development’s intimate scale.

The entire development has been complemented with features that enhance user comfort, including an underground garage, storage units, and an internal, green courtyard accessible exclusively to residents, providing a peaceful space for relaxation. The building has five above-ground levels, including a ground floor, and one underground level.

The development was completed and commissioned in the first quarter of 2026 and comprises a total of 23 apartments, ranging in size from 27 to 83 m². The units were designed with functionality and everyday comfort in mind—extensive glazing ensures ample interior lighting, and thoughtful room layouts allow for a variety of arrangements. Select apartments feature spacious balconies or distinctive verandas, which serve as a natural extension of the living space and emphasize the unique character of the development.

The development is located in the heart of Otwock, directly adjacent to the train station, providing quick and convenient connections to Warsaw by both rail and road.
