BUILDING:

The building was constructed using state-of-the-art technology. Natural stone, wooden windows with Viennese glazing bars, and travertine stone elements will be used. The very large windows and ceiling glazing will be designed to maximize daylight.
The building was constructed based on a specified list of developer finishing standards plus – included in the price of the house (available for inspection upon request).
The villa will be equipped with, among others, water, sewage and electrical installations, underfloor heating (water), wiring for an alarm system with connections to internal and external cameras and sensors, a lightning protection system, a heat pump with a 325-liter water tank, and wiring for a photovoltaic installation, a fiber optic connection, an air conditioning connection, and an air recuperator.
