Grzegorz Konieczny

Grzegorz Konieczny is a specialist with many years of experience in the sales, marketing and real estate sectors, who successfully combines legal, managerial and interpersonal competences.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the European School of Law and Administration (EWSPA) and a graduate of the Postgraduate Management Studies for Developers at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He is also qualified as a certified mediator in judicial and extrajudicial mediation.

She continuously develops her knowledge of real estate law and primary market practice by taking part in numerous specialised training courses, e.g. on: sale of real estate to foreigners, trading in investment land, protection of purchasers' rights in light of the new Property Development Act of 2021.

He also shares his experience as a presenter of industry training courses, including sales techniques, motivating teams and implementing changes in property development practice.

Previously, he spent many years in the retail marketing industry, where he managed national sales structures, developed customer service strategies and built teams. Thanks to his participation in numerous courses on communication, negotiation and sales psychology, he has strongly developed soft skills and is well versed in working with both individual clients and investors.

He is also a graduate in English Philology with a specialisation in translation studies, which translates into precision in communication and the ability to work in an international environment.

Outside of his professional work, Grzegorz is interested in 20th century history, foreign languages, travel and combat sports. His determination for personal development and natural ease of establishing relationships make him valued by both his team and his clients. Privately, he is an animal lover and the proud guardian of two dogs - an English bulldog named Sisi and a moppy named Stefan.
