Marta Chojnacka – has been involved in marketing for many years, understanding it not only as a sales tool, but also as the art of storytelling and building emotions. People have always been at the centre of her interests – their sensitivity, needs and way of experiencing space.

At work, she stands out for her exceptionally high sense of aesthetics and natural love of beauty. She has a unique eye for detail, proportion and harmony. She notices nuances that remain invisible to others and is able to translate them into coherent, thoughtful communication. She believes that it is the details that build an image, and that aesthetic consistency is the foundation of a premium brand.

She creates and promotes emotion-based marketing – subtle, balanced, but at the same time expressive. Her role is to create an individual strategy for each property. She does not work schematically. Each space is treated as a separate story, requiring a unique setting and conscious highlighting of its strengths. Because extraordinary properties require more - attentiveness, intuition and courage in building a narrative.

She ensures that communication is consistent, elegant and deeply rooted in the character of the place. She combines strategic thinking with aesthetic sensitivity, creating designs that not only attract attention but, above all, build lasting value.

A graduate of Kozminski University in Management - Business Psychology and the School of Coaches.

Privately, she is interested in the psychology of interpersonal relationships, business, success and women. She is a lover of theatre, contemporary art and Italian cuisine. Her dream is to run her own development workshops for women with elements of theatre and film therapy. In her free time, she writes poetry.
