Vilea Property Boutique has become the exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate in Poland. This means that Vilea now represents Christie’s International Real Estate’s global network of luxury properties on the Polish market and will operate under the name Vilea | Christie’s International Real Estate.

This partnership is not a takeover of Vilea, a merger of the companies, nor a replacement of the existing brand with a foreign organisation. Vilea remains an independent estate agent — with the same owners, the same team, the same values and the same boutique approach.

Decisions regarding clients, properties and the conduct of transactions continue to be made locally by people who have been operating on the Polish market for years and know its specific characteristics inside out. This local knowledge, network and experience are now complemented by a global brand, an international network of partners, worldwide marketing reach and the tools of Christie’s International Real Estate.

Vilea is the only estate agency in Poland authorised to operate as a national partner of this network and to use the Christie’s International Real Estate brand in accordance with the terms set out in the partnership agreement.
